Male mitochondrial DNA presents in tail region which is not entered into female ovum cell , if any one mitochondria is entered in the cytoplasm of ovum cell then after male mitochondria destroye in female ovum by phagocytosis by lysosomal enzymes activity.
Hence male mitochondria not pass out in NextGeneration . energy lavel of future generations is totally dependent on mother's mitochondrial DNA presents 100percent .
This process is governed by cytoplasmic domain inheritance rules . Variations, speciation genetic drift, mutation also includes in it .
